Professional Staff Assistant: Supports Management team working with space and defense programs to process PU-238, as part of National Security efforts. Assists managers with comleteing requests for Division office business deliverables.
 Completes daily HR related tasks, including: hiring, staffing, interviewing, salary adjustments and tuition assistance
 Reviews and ensures accuracy of monthly business stewardship reports and reviews monthly Financial reports for group leader, in addition to meeting with the Budget Analyst to correct discrepancies.
 Provides oversight, guidance, direction and mentoring to division office administration, which includes performance goal development and end of year feedback.

NEW MEXICO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT - Santa Fe, NM | 03/2021 – 5/2023
Program Specialist: Engage communities in Justice, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) communications and facilitate monthly Energy Efficient interviews with rural businesses across New Mexico. Aid energy efficiency projects as part of the Rural Efficient Business Program. Connect businesses with energy, solar and financial resources to pursue projects. Participate in the creation and follow-up of the statewide economic recovery plan. Conduct public program updates to stakeholders across the State.

 Contributor to the strategic development, establishment, and facilitation of the Sustainable Economy Task Force/Advisory Council (part of Senate Bill 112), to diversify the economy’s dependence on oil and gas. Contacted 300+ companies for energy retrofits while managing federal grants and obtaining funding through USDA.
