Senior Industrial Engineer
Corporate-driven IE assigned to the Complex (2005-2007). Supported the merger of two separate plants into a modernized 350,000 sq. ft. facility. Upon startup, the consolidated plant had a weekly capacity of 2 million head supplying customers in the small bird market (Wal-Mart, Kroger, KFC, Popeye’s, Church’s, and Sysco).

• Performed the various tasks in every department within the plant, building report with the teams
• Established Base Crewing Guide for entire facility to set baseline for future improvements
• Coordinated with local and corporate HR in establishing org units and cost centers to aid in merger

In 2007, position reported to the Complex Manager, becoming an integral part of the management team.
